Ames Ranch

This 1954 built ranch style home received some upgrades before it was listed. We staged the whole main floor including the amazing sunroom as well as the lower level family room to show off what great spaces this home has to offer. The realtor and seller decided to have delayed showings with an open house the Saturday after we staged. Offers were not accepted until the Monday evening after the open house. They received over 16 offers with the accepted offer of $50,000 over list price sold as is-no appraisal or inspection.
