This beautiful 1950's home in the Fairmont Park neighborhood has been home to our flipper client for over 30 years. Having found her new dream home she knew she had to get this home ready for market. This being the 4th house we've worked with her on from start to finish she understands the value in prepping her home for sale with fresh paint, minor repairs and of course staging. This home is deceptively large even though it does not have an open concept as most buyers are accustomed to, so we used the staging to direct flow and highlight all of the space within the home, especially in the bedrooms.
