This home received quite the face lift on the main floor before staging. All of the walls were painted out a nice neutral color and a backsplash was added to the kitchen. We staged with a modern french vibe to give the home a lux cozy vibe while addressing any layout and room size issues potential buyers might have. The finished lower level was left vacant to work within the owners budget. As the rooms don't pose any visualization issues for potential buyers like the main floor we feel comfortable having it vacant.
