This builder wanted to stage each of their SPEC homes in this new development to showcase the different floor plans and drive not only the sale of the newly constructed homes but of the additional lots in the development as well. Accent colors in were painted throughout this home in a moody color. We built the staging of the great room and primary bedroom around the existing accent colors for cohesiveness and to highlight the finishes.
