Smith Avenue

This 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home sits on just under an acre on the outskirts of town. We started this project outside with curb appeal by giving the extensive landscaping this property has some much needed love and laying 265 bags of mulch. 

​Inside we staged the main floor and the master suite as those seemed to be the areas potential buyers were struggling with for size and usage. Since the property is nestled back into timber we wanted to give it a cozy lodge vibe to compliment not only the surroundings but the finishes inside.
