In this flip the owner kept many of the details that make this Craftsman home so charming. To highlight all of these great features we staged this home with a black and tan neutral color scheme with pops of green to tie in the green touches already in the home.

The demographic in this neighborhood lends itself to a younger family looking for a starter home so we stuck to a slightly modern farmhouse style with clean lines and a more relaxed vibe.

We staged the three bedrooms upstairs as a master bedroom, kid's bedroom and a home office space to showcase just how big the rooms are. In this style home small bedrooms tend to be the most common complaint from prospective buyers and we wanted to eliminate that negative right from the start.
