About Us
Staging 2 Sell It is a fully insured family run home staging and design business. We assist clients in and around Central Iowa with a wide range of services, including Vacant or Occupied Staging, Photo Prep Consultations, Interior Design Services, Real Estate Photography, Curb Appeal and Interior Painting.

Whether it's through a consultation to get your home ready to list, staging your home to sell fast for top dollar, or redesigning your home to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional, the design team at Staging 2 Sell It will expertly bring your home to life.

We own all of our inventory which gives us the ability to stage to the style of the each home and highlight all of its own unique details. Our 8,000 square foot warehouse is based Marshalltown but we service Des Moines, Ankeny, Bondurant, Ames, Boone, Waterloo, Cedar Falls and other surrounding areas.
About Us
Debra Hippler
Hello, my name is Debra. I am the owner/designer of Staging 2 Sell It.
​
I acquired my design degrees from Columbia and Colorado, and have put them to use flipping properties with my husband David.
When I am not staging homes, I spend all my extra time helping remodel our home at the lake. It has definitely been a labor of love that has taken us 10 years to turn it into our dream home.

Alushia Fitzgerald
Hi there, I'm Alushia (a-lou-sha, I know uncommon right?). I'm a designer and real estate photographer here at Staging 2 Sell It.
​
For years I called Chicago home where I earned my design degree and worked in real estate development. I also spent some time living and working in KCMO and South Korea, where I met my husband Blair.
​
When I'm not focused on all things design I enjoy traveling, especially back to Blair's home county of New Zealand, going to rock concerts, and spending time with our dogs Maddie and Daisy.
