Home Staging
Staging is creating an idea of what your home could be for a potential buyer. By connecting them to an inviting space they can see how your home can become their next dream home.
How It Works
Vacant Stating
We schedule a time to meet with the realtor and/or homeowner at the home to complete a walk through to see what rooms would benefit from staging and what, if any, negative feedback we can address. Each vacant home is custom designed with quality furnishings and decor from our warehouse to highlight all of the architectural features and style of your home while appealing to the demographic of your neighborhood. Pricing will vary based on property size and amount of spaces to be staged.

Occupied Staging
We schedule a time to meet with the homeowner for 1-2 hours to walk through the home and give ideas and suggestions to help get the home ready for listing. We leave you with a list of suggestions to follow for any repainting, repairs, furniture arranging, de-cluttering, and curb appeal. We also offer options for accessory rental or purchase if needed.

Real Estate Photography + Photo Prep Consultations
Over 90% of homebuyers search for their next home online according to the National Association of Realtors. 85% of those buyers say it's the listing photos that are the most important factor in deciding which homes to view in person.
How It Works
Real Estate Photography
A day and time is set to come to your home or listing for the shoot. Owner or realtor does not need to be present during shoot unless wanted. Please ensure your home is ready for photography as nothing will be prepped or staged, the spaces will be shot as is with the exception of interior lighting and window treatments. Depending on the size of the home you will be emailed a Dropbox file of 25-45 edited unmarked interior and exterior photos to use as you wish. Typical turn around is 24 hours.

Photo prep consultations can be added to the photography package in two different ways:
Same Day Prep and Photos
A quick walk through of the home is done to elimate any visual clutter by tucking or hiding small items away before the photos are taken. No one needs to be present for this service if not wanted.

Full Photo Prep Consultation
We walk through the home with the owners making a list of items they will need to complete before photos are scheduled. When ready a day and time is set for the photo shoot. Prior to photos being taken that day a walk through and prep will be completed to ensure your home looks its best.

Interior Design
We can assist in all aspects of a project from start to finish including consulting with Architects and Builders, as well as sourcing furniture and décor.
How It Works
An initial consultation is necessary to gain a clear idea of your project. We will visit your space and spend up to 2 hours getting to know you, your project, and what you want to achieve. We will provide you with a personally tailored design that suits your personality, lifestyle, and budget to make your dream home a reality.

Interior Painting
Painting interiors might sound like a do-it-yourself project. But handling the job on your own can lead to messes, additional expense for mistakes, and a less than perfect result.
