This builder wanted to stage each of their SPEC homes in this new development to showcase the different floor plans and drive not only the sale of the newly constructed homes but of the additional lots in the development as well. This particular floor plan's finishes lended itself to more of a modern farmhouse style so staging was geared to enhance that as well as show how the rooms could be laid out for potential buyers.
