For this rental townhome at Glenwood Place, our goal was to create a space that felt less like a model and more like home. The staging needed to showcase the layout and functionality of the townhome while creating a warm, comfortable environment prospective residents could easily picture themselves living in.

With the townhomes overlooking a pond, we drew inspiration from the setting, incorporating soft blues, natural wood tones, organic textures and subtle patterns throughout the home. The result was a relaxed, approachable palette that complemented the views and carried a sense of the outdoors inside.

Because these townhomes are designed for senior living, furniture placement was especially important. We intentionally maintained wider walkways and open paths throughout the home to allow for easier movement while still demonstrating how each space could be comfortably furnished and enjoyed.

From the living and dining areas to the bedrooms and den, each room was given a clear purpose and a finished, welcoming feel. The result is a bright and inviting space that helps prospective residents envision not just an empty rental, but the possibility of making Glenwood Place their home.
