For this Waverly home, our goal was to create a warm, inviting atmosphere while helping buyers immediately understand the function and scale of each space.

We used a soft green color palette throughout the main floor, pairing muted greens with warm woods, natural textures and neutral accents for a look that felt calm, cohesive and approachable.

One of the biggest challenges was the great room’s layout. The open design included multiple areas that needed to feel connected without becoming crowded or undefined. Thoughtful furniture placement established clear zones for living, dining and gathering, while appropriately scaled furnishings helped the smaller living area feel more spacious and functional.

We carried the warm, approachable styling into the primary suite and additional bedrooms, creating a cohesive presentation throughout the home. The result highlighted the home’s potential, addressed its challenging layouts and created an inviting first impression for buyers.
