This resale home in the Beaverdale area of Des Moines was staged to highlight the functionality and flow of the entire main floor. The design focused on a warm brown and tan palette with pops of green, creating a natural and inviting atmosphere that complements the home’s finishes.

Furniture placement and styling helped clearly define the living spaces while ensuring the home photographed beautifully for marketing. For resale properties, staging often goes beyond aesthetics. The goal for this project was to remove potential red flags for buyers and present the home in a polished, balanced way that allows its best features to stand out.
