For this Skogman Homes new construction in Waterloo, Iowa, we staged the main floor including the entry, home office, great room, and primary suite. The design pulled directly from the home’s finish selections, using a moody green, warm gray, brown, and tan palette to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Layered textures, clean-lined furnishings, and warm tones highlight the architecture while helping buyers easily envision how the spaces can live and function.
